Transfer is not a victory label. It is a test of whether the operating evidence, rights, economics, and liabilities can survive independent diligence.
The dossier
A transfer dossier should identify the decision history, source-linked proof, IP custody, access ownership, operating routines, concentration, incidents, dependencies, and a 90-day handoff plan.

Transfer threshold
The studio does not call work transferable because the files are tidy. A named operator must be able to run it, and a buyer must be able to test its claims against evidence.
