Operating method

Kill cheaply. Learn clearly.

A stage advances only when its named evidence threshold is met. Narrative enthusiasm is not evidence.

Five gates

  1. Mine. Name the operator, buyer, recurring failure, and economic loss.
  2. Kill. Run the cheapest test likely to disconfirm the thesis.
  3. Validate. Require source artifacts, repeat behavior, and willingness to pay.
  4. Package. Record operations, economics, liabilities, provenance, and dependencies.
  5. Transfer. Prove another operator can run and diligence the asset.

Decision receipt

Every test ends with one state: advance, redesign, or kill. A failed threshold remains visible; it is not rewritten as momentum.
