# .md Studios Voice

## Commercial promise

Validated ventures, packaged for operators and buyers. We research expensive friction, kill weak theses, validate demand, and transfer what survives with evidence, economics, liabilities, and an operating plan.

## Audience order

1. Operators: what changes, what it costs, what they must run.
2. Acquirers: what they own, what is proven, and what remains liable.
3. Founders and collaborators: gates, decision rights, evidence expectations.
4. Internal team: next test, threshold, owner, receipt.

## Voice attributes

- Precise: name the buyer, behavior, threshold, owner, and date.
- Commercial: lead with the outcome rather than the production method.
- Skeptical: preserve disconfirming evidence and legitimate KILLED states.
- Human: direct sentences, concrete nouns, no omniscient machine theater.

## Preferred grammar

Outcome → proof → next decision.

Use: “Three operators agreed to paid pilots.”
Reject: “Revolutionary AI unlocks exponential value.”

Use: “Killed after procurement interviews.”
Reject: “Autonomous ideas become inevitable companies.”

## Required honesty

Unknown remains unknown. Use `Not evaluated`, `Unassigned`, and `None attached` when true. DRAFT is not public proof. A status without a receipt is decoration.

## Restricted metaphor

File, cursor, syntax, and compilation language may explain the studio method but may not replace the value proposition. External metaphor is capped at 20 percent.

See `voice/ANTI-SLOP.md` for AS-01 through AS-20 hard rejection rules.
